The Clouver platform is specifically developed for the Progressive Bundle System (PBS) and the Unit Product System (UPS) - not a generic IIoT solution, but genuine industry software for line-based textile manufacturing.
The machine is controlled directly from within the Clouver platform. The sewing process – stitches forwards/backwards, foot lift, thread cut, direction change – is recorded in real time and saved automatically as a pattern.
Each garment is composed of individual operations – e.g. "Left sleeve", "Zip", "Hemming". Each operation is assigned a pattern and a GST takt time.
Production lines are digitally modelled. The GST takt times synchronise all machines along the line – for a smooth flow without overproduction or bottlenecks.
Clouver compares every sewing cycle live with the stored pattern. If the machine deviates, an alert is triggered immediately. Inline DHU and endline DHU are captured and visualised separately.
